Maintenance Technician

As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll put your friendly, willing attitude & skills to work to maintain the Heinz Lofts community in top shape.

Our Maintenance Technician has the important job of keeping our current residents happy by maintaining and repairing all mechanical systems.

This is a busy and physical job. Weekends are required.

Essential Responsibilities

· Perform resident requested maintenance calls

· Perform lease renewal maintenance checks

· Perform turnover maintenance in vacated apartments

· Install & repair plumbing fixtures

· Replace light sockets, bulbs, switches and outlets

· Repair kitchen appliances

· Repair HVAC systems

· Monitor pool equipment operation

Physical Requirements

· Able to work for long periods of time on your feet

· Able to work in confined spaces

Minimum Education

· High School Diploma or equivalent

· HVAC training a plus

Desired Work Experience

· 2+ years building maintenance experience
